1.1 How to place an order?

1.2 How to pay?
Most customers pay sample orders by credit card – VISA and MasterCard. For that we have a credit card form that you will find here: Credit Card Form

You can also pre-pay your sample order by bank transfer directly to our account. Our bank details can be found at the bottom of this page. For speedy processing please fax (+49 (0) 6103 37214119) us the payment order form to your bank.

1.3 How long does it take to process an order?
The processing time of an order is approx. 1 to 2 days – depending on standard stock availability. You can speed up the process if you give us all the necessary details with your first order.
• Address with company name, street name, ZIP code, country
• VAT number, if your country is a member of the EU. Without this VAT number we have to charge 16% German VAT. If you do not have  a VAT number, then please write “No VAT number” on your order. This is very IMPORTANT.
• For all countries outside the EU we do not need a VAT number and we therefore have no need to charge any tax.
• Your telephone and fax number
• Your email address
• Your website address if you have one
• The technical contact person and the person in charge of ordering in your company

1.4 Do you ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Our forwarders are UPS and TNT. On request others can be used. Should you wish to use your own freight forwarder and account please supply us with the necessary information on your order. We would need the name of forwarder and the account number.

1.5 How fast can you ship to my country?
Depending on the country and city it can take approx. 1 to 5 working days.

1.6 How much are the freight charges?
Freight charges depend on the freight forwarder, the volume, the weight, the service you choose and the country. Aldacom has very favourable prices with UPS and TNT which we pass on to our customers. Should you wish to use your own freight forwarder and account please supply us with the necessary information on your order.

1.7 How does the ordering process work?

Payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
• Send your Order and the Credit Card Form by fax to +49 (0) 6103 37214119.
• Please do not send credit card details in an e-mail.
• A Proforma Invoice will be sent to you if necessary.
• Order processing starts.
• Debiting of your credit card.
• Dispatching of your order.
• If dispatched with UPS you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.


Prepayment per bank transfer

• A Proforma Invoice will be issued if necessary.
• Order processing starts.
• Payment to RS account.
• Please fax us a copy of the bank transfer indicating payment made for speedier processing.
• Dispatching of your order on receipt of payment.
• If dispatched with UPS you will receive a tracking number by e-mail

Please indicate if you request a confirmation of your order.
Should we not have the components you have ordered in stock we will contact you.

1.8 How to ask for the status of my order?

1.9 Do you have the goods in stock?
We usually have samples and pre-production quantities in stock ready for shipment to you. Please inquire about delivery times for production volume.
